The Association meets regularly to monitor such issues as traffic safety, security,
the environment, and litter pickup. The Association also organizes the annual
meeting and fall gathering where pertinent issues are discussed and new neighbors
are met. Every two years, a directory containing names, addresses and telephone
numbers of Neck residents is printed and distributed to the residents.
